I am a wine educator and co-owner of South London Wine School. I have worked in the wine trade for over 20 years including as a retail manager in London for Oddbins and for Firefly Fine Wines in Vancouver. I have worked in hospitality in various roles as a restaurant manager and as a sommelier.
I have been a WSET educator for 7 years and teach levels 1 to 3 in wine and 1 and 2 in spirits. I also teach Wine Scholar Guild and Academy of Cheese courses.
I am also a beer specialist and educator/events host and am one of 8 Advanced Cicerones in the UK. I run numerous tasting events and train professionals for beer exams.
