It was my enthusiasm for wine and food that led to a career of over 18 years in the hospitality industry, qualifying as a WSET Certified Wine Educator in 2020. I founded Unicorn & The Vine to bring my passion to you for your training needs, be it teaching your hospitality students inhouse, private WSET courses for colleagues or friends and public WSET wine courses.

My wine courses are for those who want to learn about wine for pleasure or make a career in the hospitality industry.

Wine is much more than what’s in the glass; it’s one of life’s greatest connectors of people encompassing food, culture, nature, travel… I believe it should be accessible and fun and I love to share my passion, empowering others to sip, serve, pair and simply enjoy wine with confidence!
