Natalie Mirzoeff DipWSET has established Wineology. Aside from being a qualified school teacher, curator and owner of two successful travel business’, Natalie has developed a deep routed passion for wine. Her wine knowledge is extensive, gained from travelling around the world visiting vineyards and wineries and from studying extremely hard for the coveted WSET Diploma in Wine, which she studied at Plumpton College. Natalie is a Certified WSET Educator and teaches freelance for WSET School, London.
Prior to setting up Wineology, Natalie worked for the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) as Business Development Manager UK, where she acquired a huge amount of knowledge and insight into the WSET qualifications and procedures and gained her own certification to teach WSET Level 1 Award in Wine, WSET Level 2 Award in Wine and WSET Level 3 Award in Wine. She is a huge advocate for the WSET qualifications and believes they are invaluable to anyone wanting to pursue a career in wine or hospitality.
Natalie’s passion lies in teaching and helping others. She is dedicated to supporting careers in HoReCa, and she believes building strong foundations of knowledge and supporting career development through education and training is key to a successful career and a successful business.
Natalie has run her own travel business for the past 15 years and is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of tourism, as well as being very experienced at strategy, product and business development. She has specialist knowledge in English Wines and is available as a wine tourism consultant for vineyards in the UK looking to expand their wine tourism offering in a sustainable and profitable way.
Natalie is also a brilliant cook, a skill she inherited from her Bukharian Grandmother, and is very proficient at food and wine pairing. She is available to consult on wine menus for weddings and events, as well as restaurants and hotels. She is also available to offer bespoke training on food and wine pairing.
Natalie is an experienced and confident speaker, both online and in person, and is happy to discuss presenting and hosting wine events, big or small.
