Cava Educator Advanced Level Course – Association of Wine Educators

The Cava Consejo is running an advanced level course for educators in February 2023. Laura Clay and I attended the first one in June this year and we got lots out of it. It is very intense over 2 days – and be aware that there is a charge of €280, plus the cost of getting yourself to and from Barcelona. But it is great to visit the producers and their vineyards.

The Cava Academy opens a new call for the on-site course, with a high-level course in the Cava region from February 9 to 10, 2023.

Cava Educator Advanced Level Certified, taught in English, has a very complete training program in order to discover the basis of Cava from a practical perspective, meet the producers and see what is behind each bottle: a world of culture, architecture, history, tradition, landscape and gastronomy.

A training program open to professionals from all over the world

In this course you’ll learn everything a Cava Educator needs to know. The two-day course includes a Cava Masterclass, an exclusive blind tasting and five guided educational and gastronomic experiences in different Cava wineries.

The Cava Educator Advanced Level Certified has a limited number of places available. Pre-registration is already available until November 30th.
