Tickets are now on sale for the International Cool Climate Wine Symposium (ICCWS), which will take place in the Hilton Metropole Hotel in Brighton on Saturday May 28th 2016.

As the major international forum on the production and marketing of wines from cool climate regions it is likely to attract many key people from the international wine community.

The symposium takes place approximately every four years, the last one being in Hobart in 2012. The ICCWS brings in delegates and speakers from all over the world, being primarily aimed at winemakers, viticulturist, educators and academics as well as the wine trade and press.
